Republican Convention vs. Democratic Convention
We can’t escape the Democratic Convention on TV. We couldn’t escape the labyrinth that was the Olympics, but at least in the Olympics we got to see Phelps make history and Bolt become the fastest man on the planet. All we’ve gotten in the Democratic Convention is Clinton crying. And, of course, the first African American candidate with a real chance of winning - that’s a pretty big deal. We can appreciate that.
But it begs the question: which do you, the viewer of these conventions, find more enjoyable? Whether you’re biased because of political affiliation or a purely neutral observer watching because a) there’s nothing else on or b) there are nuggets of entertainment, which do you enjoy more?
In other words, who throws a better party: the Democrats or the Republicans?
